A RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHARGES FOR THE USE
OF SEWER SYSTEMS IN AREAS SEWERED BY LIFT STATIONS
#6 , #7, #8 , #13 & #22
BE IT RESOLVED that for the purpose of paying for the
construction of the forcemain by-pass, and enlargement and improve-
ment of the sewer system, in order to provide capacity for future
development in Lift Stations #6 , #7, #8 , #13, and #22 areas, the
City Council sha11 impose, as a just and equitable charge for the use
and for the availability of such facilities and for connection
therewi�th, the amount o€ $1,345 per unit to be, paid upon issuance
of a �uilding permit for a new structure or upan modification of an
existing use which use will or does result in an increase discharge
of sewage.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held April 9 , 1984 .
