FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE 1983 FEE SCHEDULE �
WHEREAS, Resolution 1437 established a uniform fee schedule
for the year 1983; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 1437 includes provisions for instituting
new fees and for changing listed fees upon adoption of a .subsequent
resolution; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the following �
changes must be made in the 1983 fee schedule so that the rates
charged will continue to reimburse the City: for direct operating
., expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the .
City of Orono that •the current fee schedule of the City., including
Resolution 1437, is hereby amended as follows: �
