A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF
• TAX FORFEIT LAND, TRACT V, RLS 461 FOR
PRIVATE SALE TO ADJOINING- PROPERTY OWNER
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282. 01 Subdivision
7 (a) tax forfeit properties may be released for private sale to
adjoining property owners, and
WHEREAS, the City Council reaffirms Orono Resolution 843 ,
finding no public use for Tract V, RLS 461 - P. I.D. 20-117-23 42 -
0004, and releases the .property for private sale to an adjoining
property owner. �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
� City of Orono approves the private sale of Tract V, RLS 461, subject
to the following stipulation that upon sale of the property that '
said property be legally combined with the adjoining property providing
one conforming building site.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular
� meeting held March 26 , 1984.
