JACK G. HAMLETT, DOROTHY KEARNS, AND C. GORDON AMUNDSON WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a metes and bounds division of a lot line rearrangement for Jack G. Hamlett, Dorothy Kearns, and C. Gordon Amundson, the subdividers; and WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City, including: Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of all documents and easements required by this subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for Jack G. Hamlett, Dorothy Kearns, and C. Gordon Amundson according to the legal descriptions shown on the Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution by Gordon Coffin, dated April 30 , 1976 , subject to the follow- ing conditions : 1) Amundson' s homestead parcel described as Parcel A on the Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution must be combined with Parcels C, D, and E per that same survey. 2) Hamlett 's homestead parcel described as Parcel G on the Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution must be combined with Parcel F per that same survey. 3) This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed with the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin on or before September 26 , 1984 . THIS 1T0Q#,Y&jf ORONO MICROFILMD LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY NO. 1613 OF ORONO , The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the filing has not been completed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
