HAMLETT, DOROTHY KEARNS, AND C. GORDON AMUNDSON <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a metes and bounds division of a lot line rearrangement for Jack G. <br /> Hamlett, Dorothy Kearns, and C. Gordon Amundson, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of <br /> the City, including: <br /> Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of all <br /> documents and easements required by this subdivision. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for Jack G. <br /> Hamlett, Dorothy Kearns, and C. Gordon Amundson according to the legal <br /> descriptions shown on the Certificate of Survey attached to this <br /> resolution by Gordon Coffin, dated April 30 , 1976 , subject to the follow- <br /> ing conditions : <br /> 1) Amundson' s homestead parcel described as Parcel A on the <br /> Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution must be <br /> combined with Parcels C, D, and E per that same survey. <br /> 2) Hamlett 's homestead parcel described as Parcel G on the <br /> Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution must be <br /> combined with Parcel F per that same survey. <br /> 3) This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey <br /> shall be filed with the Registrar of Titles, County of <br /> Hennepin on or before September 26 , 1984 . <br />
