THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE i983 FEE SCHEDULE
,
WHEREAS, Resolution1437establishedauniformfee schedule
for the year 1983;" and �
WHEREAS, Resolution I437 includes provisions for
� instituting new fees and for changing listed fees upon adoption .of a
subsequent resolution; and •
� WAEREAS, the City Council. has determined that the following �
changes must be made in the fee schedule so that the rates charged will
continue to reimburse the City for direct operating expenses.
NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono that the Current Fee Schedule of the City, including
. Resolutions I437, 1444, and 1593 is hereby amended as follows:
