A RESOI,IITION SETTING MINIMUM NEEDS
� FOR IMPROVEMENT OF CSAH 15
WHEREAS, the City of O�ono is eager to see improvements made
on CSAH 15 but. does not feel qualified to design a roadway; and
WHEREAS, the cities of Orono, Mound, and Spring Park must
reach a concensus on what improvements are necessary for the safety of
both motorists� and pedestrians.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci.ty Council of the .
City of Orono,,rf�ind�the following items' are necessary for improvement
of CSAH 15 : �f "�� . �
� 1. Two lanes of continuous traffic, one east and one west.
2. Concretesidewalks, concrete curbsand concrete gutters
where necessary. �
3 . Right and left turn lanes where needed.
4 . These improvements to be within the existing County
right of way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hennepin County Engineering
Division design the roadway to include the provisions above.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 13th day
of February, 1984 .
