RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

. The City of Orono ordains that axle weight limits are restricted on the
following streets in the City of Orono from March 15, 1984 through May
� 15 , 1984 . Ref_use collections vehicles shall be operated in
accordance with regulations as provided in Ordinance �114 , 6h. (�8�
which states : (1) No refuse collECtions vehicle shall be operated
during the seasonal restriction time where the gross weight on any
single axle exceeds • 14 ,�101Q pounds; and (2) No vehicles shall be
operated upon any City road at any time where special posting
specifically� prohibits refuse collection vehicles.
The following streets are limite�3 to five ton axle limits :
