April 1966 As-builts for the sewer project
April 1967 Neighbor (2735) connected to sewer. Neighbor says they were
connected at the same time..
June 1967 Garage constructed on property.
Adjacent to street was driveway and garage are cement slabs. Leaving
slabs in place until they are done. When those are removed, if the sewer
service is under the garage we can then assume that sewer was there
before the garage was in 1967.
