A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
CASCO COVE
FILE NO. 1083 '
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision of a 1ot line rearrangement by Thomas J. Bernier,
Douglas E. Klint and Gary A. Barr, the subdividers; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision has b�een found to meet alI
standards of t�he LR-1C zoning district finding that each �ot is of a
� size and configuration that W�ii a�1ow its continued use as a single
• family residential lot without the need of any variances, and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has compYeted all requirements of
the platting regulations of the City, including: � -
1. Completion of a11 the requirements of Resolution No. 2084.
2. Dedication on the�plat of drainage and utility easements.
' 3. Execution of a Developer's Agreements by Thomas �. Bernier
and Douglas E. K1int providing for installation of certain
improvements as a condition of subdivision approval. In
addition, Bernier and KYint have provided letters of credit to
secure completion of these improvements.

4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the
plat in the amount of $150.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT R$SOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the
City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Casco Cove, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicants are requir�ed to obtain building permits for new
docks to be instalYed at some future date.
� 2. The aforesaid plat shalY be filed by the City of Orono with
the Hennepin County Registrar of Tit1e's on or before June 8, '
1987, together with a certified original copy of this Resolution.

, The approval granted by this Resolution sha11 expire if the
plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision review.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this 8th
day of December, 1986.
