Re: Underground Fuel Storage Tank
Dear Mr. Frahm:
This letter is to confirm our conversation regarding an underground fuel storage tank on your
property at 2520 Casco Point Road. Prior to 1990 it was acceptable to abandon underground
fuel storage tanks by opening the tank, cleaning out the fuel and filling the tank with sand.
The City has no record of your tank or of it being abandon. However, the City may have
inspected the abandonment and failed to record it. If you have any questions feel free to
