Dear Mr. Brandl:
On June 3, 1996 building permit#7552 was issued to you to build a new residence at 2490 Casco
Point Road. The permit was originally approved on November 20, 1995. The sewer availability
charge was $850.00 at that time. In March of this year,the SAC charge was increased to $900.00.
When the permit was issued, staff failed to change the amount of the SAC charge. Therefore the
City must require you to remit the $50.00 increase at your earliest convenience.
