The permit was originally approved on November 20, 1995. The sewer availability <br /> charge was $850.00 at that time. In March of this year,the SAC charge was increased to $900.00. <br /> When the permit was issued, staff failed to change the amount of the SAC charge. Therefore the <br /> City must require you to remit the $50.00 increase at your earliest convenience. <br /> I apologize for the error.
