Subject: Extension regarding removal of front porch
Per your instructions during our conversation today at approximately 4 :00 PM,
I am requesting an extension on the deadline date of August 16, 2006 for
removal of the constuction at our home, 2474 Casco Point Road. I am also
requesting a meeting with you regarding this issue on a date convenient for
you after August 14, 2006. My husband and I are leaving for a family wedding
in the morning and will be returning a day prior to the August 14, 2006 date.
I am also requesting a copy of the Ordinance regarding the 50' setback and how
houses that are grandfathered because they were built prior to that ordinance,
are considered in violation.
Thank you taking the time to speak with me today and I look forward to
visiting with you in person regarding this matter.
