Re: Storage Shed
Dear Mr. Nelson:
On January 27, 1993 Building Permit #4912 was issued to you for the construction of a storage
shed on your property. A condition of the permit was that you would locate the property corner
. pins for the inspection staff in the spring so that setbacks could be verified. Please locate these
pins and call for an inspection before June 14, 1993. If you have any questions, feel free to
contact me at my office.

Re: Storage Shed
Dear Mr. Nelson:
On May 28, 1993 this office reminded you of the conditions of a building permit issued to you
for the placement of a storage shed. The conditions again were that you were to locate the
property corner pins so that setbacks could be verified. As of this date, you have failed to
comply. Therefore the City must require you to find the comer pins and call for an inspection
or remove the shed from the property before June 30, 1993. If this deadline is not met, the City
will issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action. If you have
