Prior to the start of framing, a foundation as-built survey must be submitted ��
and approved by the City or a stop work order will be issued.
Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. ��'

Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City
proper to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a � s
minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection.
Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire ��
project and must remain until vegetation has been established.
Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and �
hardcover calculations must be submitted and approved.
In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which
prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built �, SS
survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary. A
TCO requires a $10,000 escrow.
Advisory Comments
Any changes to the exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, grading, ,
sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. not currently shown on the approved survey �
and landscaping plan will require a separate Zoning Permit application to be
submitted and approved prior to the work commencing.
Any retaining walls that are over 4-feet in height or tiered walls not

separated by twice of the height of the lower wall require engineered plans
and a building permit to be submitted and approved rp ior to construction.

We received an updated survey for 3287 Casco Circle. The house has been raised one foot, but it still meets basement
and number of story requirements. Hennepin County aerial photos show the retaining wall is existing, however
drainage arrows appear to direct water onto the neighboring property. This has not changed from the first survey you
reviewed and approved, but Melanie wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem. Please review and provide comments.

The demolition permit is ready to be issued. We are open Monday—Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
The Struck's had signed an escrow agreement and it was included in the building permit packet you submitted. I added
both the building permit application number and the demolition permit application number to the signed
agreement. Attached is a copy for your records. We acknowledge the escrow was paid by Sondergaard Forcier Builders,
LLC, but remind you the escrow will be refunded to the property owner.
We are close to issuing the building permit application. The survey submitted indicates the top of foundation
elevation. Please have your surveyor show the point on the perimeter of the foundation where this top of foundation
elevation is in reference to. We expect this same spot to be referenced on the foundation as-built.
