RE: Your Letter of 6/]2/2007
Dear John & Kathy,
I received your letter about the property line fence I am putting up
in my yard and I agree that the locations of the posts are not verrfied to be within my
property lines.
I called the city of Orono and made an appointment with Lyle Oman, the building official that
you mentioned in your letter and wiil meet with him to discuss this matter.
I will get a survey from a registered land surveyor showing the location ofi the iron pins in
the lot corners that pertain to our adjoining property lines. I will ask Mr. Oman to be present
when I locate the pins shown on the sunrey. When the ttie pins are located I wiil pull a line
between them that shows the actual property line and if my fence posts are over the line I
will remove them.l will contact you to let you know when this takes place so that you can be
there as well.
