Melanie, here is the information that we spoke of on the phone yesterday( 3 pages ). I
would fike to build a new garage for added space. I don't want to tear down the old one.
Induded is a sketch of a basic two car garage and a survey o#the lots. This is what I would
like to build. All my vacant land is in the front of the lot. My house and garage are pushed
to the back of the lot. Both neighbors to the right of ine are not on the lake and have
garages in the front yards. Also many other homes around the circle have garages by the
street. Can I do this? If you would tike to meet at the site for clarification that would be fine
too.
