This letter is regarding the ice house that is in your front yard at 3271 Casco �oirrt-�oad. The ice
house is located where it is a setback issue. We must treat the ice house as a structure which
must meet setback standards. The ice house must be located no closer to the road than your
house. It would be best located in the back yard. PIease move the ice house to a compliant
location by May 14, 2003.
