RE: Final Inspection/Certificate of Occupancy
Deaz Mr. I�asiedlak:
On June 7, 1994 this office notified you of incomplete items on your new home that were
originally a�uired to be completed before Apri129, 1994. The June 7, 1994 letter required the
ioems m be completed before June 20, 1994. As of this date, the work has not been completed.
Your failure to comply leaves the City no aiternative but to initiate legal action. The City will
file a forna�l complaint on September 5, 1994 if these items are not completed:
1. Sheetrock underside of stairs.
2. Pr�vide permanent shelving in den closet.
3, Pro�ide accessible gas valve at dryer.
4. Coa;plete final grading as discussed to redirect drainage from the neighbor's
