Lyle,
Years ago you worked on the Swanson residence at 3229 B Casco Circle. We are now considering a master bath
remodel which may include an addition cantilevered at the second level only 2 to 6 feet by 6 feet. Most of the addition
would be under the overhang and there would be plantings below it all. Would this be considered hardcover?
