Purpose: 120 lineal feet of rip rap shoreline erosion protection
At the regularly scheduled October 18, 1984 meeting of the Board of Managers,
the above permit application was tabled pending receipt of exhibits showing
waterward dimension of the rip rap beyond the Ordinary High Water mark of Lake
Minnetonka.
These items should be received no later than November 2, 1984 to assure your
permit application will be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of
Managers scheduled for November 15, 1984.
