Melanie,
I have review the as-built survey for 3227 Casco Circle. Based on the survey, it appears that additional retaining walls
have been added. The tiered wall in the rear of the house has a height in excess of 4'. Therefore, it is required to be
certified by a Licensed Professional Engineer. Additional retaining walls have also been added in the 75' lake setback.
All other aspects of the plan appear to be acceptable. Let me know if you have questions.
