Dear Sir:
This letter is a follow-up to the past letters regarding the unlicensed vehicles at your property. After
a recent inspection I noticed that three of the vehicles did not have updated tabs on them. I cannot
remember what the status was on getting all the vehicles tabbed. We need to get current tabs on all
the vehicles by February 27, 2004.
If you have any questions please give me a call at 952-249-4600.

17ear Ivlr. Hawkinson:
I noted that you have had a dumpster filled with general rubbish that has not been
emptied for two or three weeks. I have some concerns about the unsightly storage of
rubbish in a dumpster that does not appear to be actively in use. I believe that a technical
argument could be made that city ordinance restricts outdoor rubbish storage to no more
than five (5) days.
I am also concerned about the two vehicles parked on city land across from your home. I
noticed that one of the vehicles has a year 2000 license and the other vehicle has a year
21 icerse. T"ese vei:,s need t e reveu city,rrty iueuiaty. Givr

registration or be removed. The storage of unlicensed and inoperable vehicles is
prohibited. Please comply by November 29, 2004.
