Dear Ms. Chavez:
It has come to the attention of the Zoning Department that a green trailer bearing the license plate
H16-353 has been parking on public property at Casco Circle Park. This is in violation of Orono
Municipal Code Section 9.31, Subdivision 3, Letter D:
"It is unlawful for any person, except City employees or authorized emergency personnel
acting within the course and scope of their employment, to... leave a motorized vehicle
standin� in any park not designated as a parkin� area."
There are not any designated parking areas at Casco Circle Park. Parking is not allowed at any time
at the park. Failure to stop parking at Casco Circle Park will result in receiving a citation from the
Orono Police Department and/or having the trailer towed at the owner's expense.
