The applicant has withdrawn his request for a fence height
and setback variance. A site inspection reveals that applicant
has constructed only a minimal dog pen immediately adjacent to
the attached garage and the fenced area appears to be more than
3 0 ' f rom the right-of-way. 'Theref ore, it appears that no
variance is required.
Staff time expended on this application is 1.0 hour at
$27.50. In addition, the cost of publication of public hearing
notice was $2.50. Therefore, the total expenditure on this
- application is $30.00. The a lication fee submitted was
$175. 00, leaving a balance of $145. 00 to be refunded.
