We have reviewed the revised survey for the proposed house at 3799 Casco Avenue, dated 1-22-07. We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• Provide contour information extending 50 feet beyond the west property line.
• Obtain a 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement centered over the existing storm sewer pipe
on the south side of the proposed house.
• Final plans should include erosion and sediment control details.
• Final plans should also include a catch basin and grate detail.

We have reviewed the revised survey for the proposed house at 3799 Casco Avenue, dated 2-13-07. We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• . The plan shows the proposed 947 contour to the southeast of the house crossing an existing 948
contour. The grading should be revised in this area such that no contour lines cross. . �
• The attached detail(STO-4) should be used for the proposed catch basin/grate. '
• The proposed inlet should be protected with silt fence until vegetation is established.
