Type of data. The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Infonnation required to be given individual. An individual asked to supply private orconfidential data concerning himselfshall be infonned of. (a)the purpose and intended use of the requested data within tlie collecting state agency,political subdivision,or statewide system;(b) whether he may refuse or is legally required to supply lhe requested data;(c)any known consequence arising from his supplying or refusin�to suppiy private or confidential data;and(d)the identity ot other persons or entities authorized by state or federal faw to receive the data. The grading should be revised in this area such that no contour lines cross. • The attached detail (STO-4) should be used for the proposed catch basin/grate. • The proposed inlet should be protected with silt fence until vegetation is established.
