RE: 3753 Casco Ave - Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
Bruce,
As we discussed on November 15, 2004, I am providing in writing our plan for completing the
items outstanding to receive a temporary certificate of occupancy for 3753 Casco Ave.
Selby Ornamental Iron has informed me that they have faxed you a letter of intent specifying how
they will correct the issues with the handrails to the bonus room above the garage no later than
November 26, 2004.
As we discussed with Todd Bollig from Bollig & Sons, they will begin work on the grading issues
on November 17, 2004 to correct the grade behind the west side of the garage and create a swale
to divert water from any possible runoff to the adjacent lot. Please see Exhibit A for more specific
language if required.
