Re: Maintenance of Private Progerty at 3750 Casco Avenue
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Shanley:
After receiving a comp laint about the appearance of your property, an
inspection was conducted on March 29, 1989. During this inspection I found
tires, empty wire spools, steel barrels, bags of garbage piled up, firewood
spread around and various debris strewn about.
The above is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Sections 9.55 and
9.01 , Subdivision 2 (A ) . This letter is to notify you that these
violations must be removed before April 17, 1989. If this deadline is not
met, the City may issue citations. If you have any questions or if you
have a problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact me at my
office.
