This is not a design and is not sufficient information for a new home. The septic design submitted by Rennebohms for the subdivision application was for a new home at 4555 Bayside Road only and is incomplete as the house designs were not submitted. Please submit designs for 2, five bedroom septic sites for both 4565 and 4555 Bayside Road for our review. The designs for Lot 2 (4565) must submitted and approved before we will approve demo to move the existing home to Lot 1 (4555).
