will not be required for the additian at 37'03 Casco AVE, O�ono for
John Klick and Cynthia 5pringman-klick. As per your plan submittal on
Febriaary 27, 2004 you will only be disturbing approximately 115
square feet and 4p cubic ya�ds. A permit for erosion cont�ol would be
required if as a part of yaur plan you were disturbing 5000 square feet
soard of managers and/or 50 cubic yards of material or more. If the scope of the project
