Mike, yes I believe he is storing some belongings in a couple of the model/spec houses. Do not know
where he is living.
He says that basis StoneBay now looking better kept and organized, BD&F (his bank) is willing to
advance him $ to finish the outsides of the unfinished spec/model houses, which will be good (if true)
both for looks of StoneBay, and for house salability. We'll see if happens.
I think there is someone willing to take the big dirt pile, and they would have started if hadn't been so
rainy. The Trailer remains a big issue, we are pushing him to sell/move as he had agreed to long
ago. If he does move it not by June 21, we will need City to take action, since as we discussed, no
where else in Orono would someone be allowed to keep an abandoned trailer like that on a
residential vacant lot--- it has to go, is a major complaint of the homeowners around here, an eye
sore, a hazard, an attractive nuisance to kids and vandals, and an obstacle to people buying here or
in the Condo.
Thanks. Will keep you posted if hear anything more, and re the Trailer.

We received a call last week from Pam Geiger, owner of a condo unit at Stonebay lofts. She said Arnie
Zachman was removed from the building Tuesday (June 8) and Citizens Independent Bank of St. Louis
Park are the new owners of the Stonebay Lofts. Marion Brummer is the CFO of Citizens Independent
Bank of St. Louis Park. Her contact# is ( and her husband Dell's contact# is (
I have not contacted Brummer to inquire about their plans.
That's about all I know far sure. Any indication that Arne is still living in Stonebay? Heard a rumor he
might be storing his belongings in one of the model townhomes...
