Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 November 6, 2003 Dear Mr. Bolterman, I am writing this letter per our phone conversation regarding your letter inquiring about my Home Business at 2120 Carriage Lane. As I said, we are under construction at this point in time. The construction should be finished around the end of November. When it is complete there will be garage space for my one employee's car. Until the construction is finished we may have to park on the street from time to time. The other question was about delivery. As I stated, we have small package deliveries in single rear axle autos about three to four times a week between the hours of 9:OOam - 5:30pm. It is my understanding that we both agreed that my business falls into Level 1 Standards of Section 10.63, Subd.3 and therefor I am not required to apply for a permit. Regards, C.
