This letter is regarding the home business that may be operating at your property. We
think that you fall into the Home Occupation requirement of our ordinance. Please
review the Home Occupation requirements to see if you agree with the city. Some of
the issues are parking of vehicles on street and hours of deliveries.

Dear Mr. Bolterman,
I am writing this letter per our phone conversation regarding your letter inquiring about
my Home Business at 2120 Carriage Lane. As I said, we are under construction at this
point in time. The construction should be finished around the end of November. When it
is complete there will be garage space for my one employee's car. Until the construction
is finished we may have to park on the street from time to time.
The other question was about delivery. As I stated, we have small package deliveries in
single rear axle autos about three to four times a week between the hours of 9:OOam -
5:30pm. It is my understanding that we both agreed that my business falls into Level 1
Standards of Section 10.63, Subd.3 and therefor I am not required to apply for a permit.
