To whom it may concern:
This letter is regard a lawn sprinkler system that may have been installed on your property. Our
office has received utility locates for your property in regards to lawn sprinkler systems over the
past summer. The City of Orono requires lawn sprinkler permits for this type of installation. We
have no records of any inspection or permit issued for your property. If the sprinkler system was
installed on your property you must get a permit from our office. Please call myself or your lawn
sprinkler company so we can get this matter taken care of. If the lawn sprinkler system was not
installed on your property please disregard this letter.
