I understand from comments made by the city staff at the Planning Commission hearing
on 7anuary 17�', that the temporary Certificate of Occupancy issued for the above address
had conditions attached to it. Or possibly, there is a separate agreement between the city
and the contractor or owner including requirements to be camed out by the owners before
a permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
Would you please send to me a copy of the temporary Certificate of Occupancy and any
other documents that include those requirements?
