Dear Mr. Clemons:
At the regularly scheduled November 20, 1986 meeting of the Board of Managers,
the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1 . Permit Application No. 86-190, received November 8, 1986.
2 . Site plan for the project including a typical cross-section of the rip-rap
placement and photographs, prepared by Darrell Melquist, Landscape
Designers , dated August 25, 1986.
The Board approved the permit application.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
