Dear Ms. Lind:
The above referenced property is located adjacent to Lake Minnetonka which has a floodplain
elevation of 931.5 feet. The grades around your home appear to be above 934 feet, which
would place it in Zone C, areas of minimal or no flooding. The City has no record of your
basement floor elevation, however, so you would have to go to a surveyor to confirm that
elevation.
