This letter is to follow up our phone conversation of December 2 ,
1991 . We discussed the fact that you are the listing agent
for the above referenced property and that there is an illegal
deck that has been placed on the property. A Building and
Zoning Code review is required before `a building permit can be
issued. To complete a review the City requires:
1 . A certificate of survey showing the house,
proposed deck and any other i.mprovements.
2 . Hardcover calculations.
3 . Deck building plans.
