Dear Officers:
I am writing in regards to your property in the City of Orono, address 2447
Carman Street. This Office has received a complaint concerning a junk appliance
stored outdoors on the property and general unkemptness. I inspected the
property and confirmed the junk appliance. It may seem like a minor problem but
it has become an irritant for the neighborhood.
Please remove the appliance and any other junk/debris from the property by
October 21, 2005. I will re-inspect after that. Thank you in advance for your
