�The foundatian walls of this house were in good conditian built with 8" block. The hause is being
rebuilt and you want to be able to use the existing ioundation.

•The foundation can be reused, howQver in order to meet currant requirements it should be
reinforced by adding vertical #4 re-bar at 2' o.c. and corefilling the block. Anohor bolts should be
placed according to the requirements of the governing building authprity.
