R.I.C. recommends all homeowners take certain precautions prior to and throughout the construction
process:
• Be cautious in all work zones. Keep children &pets away at all times. Wear proper foot�vear.
• Removal, storage and re-installation of specialty windo�v treatlnents ai-e not the responsibility
of RIC, Inc.
• Repairs/ replacement of wallpaper, flooring and ceilings are only included when written in the
scope of work.
• Charges incurred by the owner's security provider are not the responsibility of RIC, Inc.
• Closed cell insulation is not included in this proposal. Aii additional charge���ill be applied if a�iy
closed cell foam insulation is necessat•y.

Payment Terms:
15% OF THE TOTAL CONTRACT IS DUE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
AFTER, WEEKLY PROGRESS PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE ON PERCENTAGE OF
JOB COMPLETION. FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE UPON FINAL HOMEOWNER/
CONTRACTOR WALKTHROUGH & APPROVAL.
• Change Orders: Any deviation fi•om the contract needs to be agreed upon with both
