Purpose: Placecnent of a beach sand blanket and improvement to the shoreline by removing
concrete and grading.
Dear Mr. Percival:
At the regularly scheduled October 18, 1990 meeting of the Board of Managers, the subject permit
application was tabled pending receipt of:
1. Revised site plan showing location and dimensions of the proposed beach sand blanket and
location and extent of any grading to be performed below the 100-year frequency flood
elevation for Lake Minnetonka of 931.5.
2. Cross section drawn to scale with horizontal and vertical scales noted on the drawing
showing the loc;ation of the beach sand blanket in relation to the ordinary high water mark,
the existing shoreli�ie a�ld s}ioreline after proposed grading is completed.
3. Review and approval by the DNR.
These items should be received no later than November 5, 1990 to ensure your permit application
will be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Managers scheduled for November 15,
1990.
