That depends on what he wants to do about basement ceiling heights and the establishment of a new "existing grade"

George Stickney came in for DNA Properties. We are going to do 2 lots instead of the 3 that was approved before. Since
that makes for more latitude in where they build should we still do a proposed grading plan like before or wouldn't that
be necessary since they are not so tight now.
