To follow up on our phone conversation from today, it appears you have two separate lots 410 and 420 Big Island. They
can be sold separately but you cannot break either into additional lots. 420 is two pieces separated by the right-of-way
which are legally attached as one lot.
See the attached special lot combination agreement resolutions.
