The name and address of each Trustee empowered to act under the Trust Instrument at the time of the execution of this AfFidavit is: William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck 3225 Carman Road Excelsior,Minnesota 55331 3. The Trustees,who have executed that certain Easement,relating to the real property described above,between William C. Houck and Mary L.Houck as Trustees of the William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 10, 2007, and the City of Orono: (a) are empowered by the provisions of the Trust Instrument to sell, convey,pledge, mortgage, lease, or transfer title to any interest in real property held in trust; and (b) are the only Trustees required by the provisions of the Trust lnstrument to execute and deliver such an instrument. 4.
