Mary L. Houck,being first duly sworn on oath says that:
l. Affiant is one of the Trustees named in the Certificate of Trust dated September 21�
2015, and filed for record on , 2015 as Document No. in
the off'ice of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota, regarding the Trust
named the William C. Houck and Mary L.Houck Revocable Trust Agreement dated
April 10,2007.
The Certificate of Trust was executed by Affiant and relates to real property in Hennepin
County,Minnesota, legally described as: Lot 3,Block l, Carman Cove.
2. The name and address of each Trustee empowered to act under the Trust Instrument at
the time of the execution of this AfFidavit is:
William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck
3225 Carman Road
Excelsior,Minnesota 55331
3. The Trustees,who have executed that certain Easement,relating to the real property
described above,between William C. Houck and Mary L.Houck as Trustees of the
William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 10, 2007,
and the City of Orono:
(a) are empowered by the provisions of the Trust Instrument to sell, convey,pledge,
mortgage, lease, or transfer title to any interest in real property held in trust; and
(b) are the only Trustees required by the provisions of the Trust lnstrument to execute
and deliver such an instrument.
4. The Trust is still in full force and effect and has not terminated or been revoked.

5. There has been no amendment to the Trust Instrument which limits the power of the
Trustees to execute and deliver the instrument described in paragraph 3.
6. The Trust is not supervised by any Court.
7. Affiant does not have actual knowledge of any facts indicating the Trust is invalid.
