CONCLUSIONS, ORDER A�iD CONDITIONS
Based upon the above findings, the Orono City Council herehy grants a variance
to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.61, Subdivision 5 (A) to permit the cor�struction of a
parking lot to be located in the required front yard where a parking lot is not�tnally not allo�ved
in the RR-1B District, subject to the following conditions:
l. Parking lot stlall generally adhere ro tlle design and site plan atta.cl7ed as a Exllibit
A.
2. The parkin� lot s}lall be striped for proper traffic flow.
3. The e�isting inforrnal gravel parkin� area on the north side of the building shall
be reverted to grass.
4. rluthorities grantecl by [his variance nin with the property n�t with t};e applicant,
hut are �errnissive only ancl must he exercised by a�plication for a huilding
ncrmi[ within one year of the clate of Cc�uncil a��roval, c�r this variance will
expil-e on that date (Noveinbci- 28, 1995).
5. Violation of or non-coil�pliance �vith any of the terms and conditions of this
resolucion shall constitute a ��iola[ion of the zoning code, shall automatically
terminate any authority gra��ted herein, and sha(1 be punishable as a misdemeanor.
6. The unciersi�ned applicant has read, uncierstood and hcrcby a�rees to the cerms
of this resolution and on behalf of itself, its heirs, successors and assigns, hereby
a�rees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the �roperty.
