RE: Wood Cutting Operation
Dear Ms. Curnmins:
It has come to the attention of this department ttlat a firewood cutting operation is being
conducted from your property at 1165 Brown Road South. This letter is to notify you that this
commercial operation is not allowed in a residential zoning district. Therefore, the City must
reyuire you to cease this operation before December 19, 1994. If this deadline is not met, the
City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this
dcadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.
