A portion of the house was removed and a larger addition, including an attached garage, is being constructed. The
property is located in Tier 3 and is permitted up to 35% hardcover. The submitted hardcover calculations reflect 16.6%
existing and 17% proposed hardcover.

Hello Melanie,
Can you briefly tell me about the construction at 1165 Brown Road. Is the garage being built in the same footprint as
previous? Now it appears that the garage is being attached to the house and I am wondering about hardcover. There is
also a huge accessory structure building on that property, plus a very small outbuilding.
