This letter is to certify that Levy #10003, sanitary sewer,
for the above referenced property has been paid in full. On
January 29, 1990 the City received payment of $3 ,666.60 for the
remainder of the special assessment. The 1990 portion ($737.78)
of the assessment had already been certified to the taxes and
therefore could not be included in this amount.
